Return Policy and Order Cancellation


All products are eligible for return only within 7 days from the date the customer receives them. The return request must be submitted through the Account Manager or Technical Support.

Return Requirements: The returned product must be in its original condition upon purchase, unused, and packaged in its original wrapping with all accessories complete.

In case a wrong product reaches the customer, or a shipment arrives in an unsound condition, ShipGo otherwise please replace it) will bear all shipping and replacement costs.


Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the return request is submitted after 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • If the product has been used or opened, or if it is damaged, or when it is not in the same condition as the customer received it.


Receipt of a Damaged Product:
 If a damaged product is received, Technical Support must be contacted, and photos of the damage must be attached within 24 hours of receiving the order for verification and customer compensation.

Order Cancellation: Order cancellation is done by contacting Customer Service.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

  • Orders cannot be modified after they have been prepared for shipment.
